Judgment
This is an application for impleading the KHADC represented by the Secretary to the Executive Committee and the Executive Member i/c Land, KHADC, Shillong, as pro-forma respondents No. 3 and 4.
Ms. A. Kharshiing, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the KHADC are necessary and formal parties, inasmuch as, the Patta of the land was issued by the said authority. In view of the matter, the Misc. Application stands allowed and the KHADC represented by the Secretary to the Executive Committee and the Executive Member i/c Land, KHADC, Shillong shall stand impleaded as pro-forma respondents No. 3 and 4.
Registry to make necessary correction in the Cause Title.
Misc. Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
