Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:

(I) That the writ petition may very kindly be allowed and the salary, as ordered to be fixed vide Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-3 may kindly be declared void abinitio and same may kindly be set aside, in the interest of justice.

(II) That the respondents may very kindly be directed to pay the revised pay-scale, increments and other benefits from the date of initial appointment to the petitioner, as is being paid to the similarly situated teachers, with all consequential benefits.

Petitioners submit that they are similarly situated as the petitioner in the decision rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No. 14232 of 2008, titled Nek Ram and others versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 17.11.2009. It is further submitted that the decision has also been implemented. In case the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioner in the judgment referred to above, similar treatment shall be given to the petitioners herein also, after verifying the facts, within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, by the petitioners before the third respondent/competent authority.
