Petitioner is working as a Supervisor, Intigrated Child Development Department, Project Pushparajgarh, Anuppur. By the impugned order dated 13.7.2012 petitioner has been transferred from Anuppur to Dindori. Challenge to the order of transfer is made on the grounds of personal inconveniences of the petitioner. It is stated that petitioner has suffered from fracture on the leg and is advised three months bed rest. That apart, it is stated that petitioner''s niece is staying with her and if she is transferred, it would cause adverse effect on her studies.
Personal inconveniences of the petitioner are not the grounds for judicial review of an administrative order of transfer. These are the grounds which are to be considered and decided by the competent authority and are not such on the basis of which judicial review is permissible. Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the departmental remedies available.
