1.

The only argument of the counsel for the petitioner-non applicant (hereafter ''the non applicant'') is that direction of the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur

Metropolitan to non applicant to furnish a certified copy of her Aadhar Card is impossible of compliance inasmuch as a certified copy of the

Aadhar Card cannot be obtained.

2.

Mr. A.C. Upadhyay, respondent-applicant (hereafter ''the applicant'') appearing in person submitted that he would have no objection if instead

of a certified copy of the Aadhar Card, a self attested copy of the Aadhar Card is filed by the non applicant before the Rent Tribunal.

3.

For reason of submissions made, the impugned order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan to the extent of

directing the non applicant to file a certified copy of the Aadhar Card is modified and it is directed that instead of a certified copy of the Aadhar

Card, a self attested copy of the Aadhar Card be filed by the non applicant before the Rent Tribunal, Jaipur Metropolitan.

4.

At this stage, Mr. Rajesh Sharma appearing for the non applicant submitted that tenanted premises were vacated on 2.6.2016. Mr. A.C.

Upadhyay, applicant appearing in person contested the statement of Mr. Rajesh Sharma stating that lock of the non applicant continues to be

placed on the tenanted premises.

5.

The dispute as to when and whether the tenanted premises were vacated is a matter to be determined by the Rent Tribunal and it is not for this

Court to make any observation in regard thereto. The non applicant shall be free to file an appropriate application stating to have vacated the

tenanted premises. In that event the trial court would be free to address it in accordance with law reckoning for the applicant''s submissions. The

writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
