The appeal is barred by limitation. The delay is of three days.

The appellant is aggrieved as her writ petition challenging the order of the Appellate Tribunal dated September 1, 2015, affirming the order passed by the Regional Transport Authority dated October 14, 2014, was dismissed.

The writ petitioner had a valid permit till July 7, 2004. The application for renewal of permit was filed by her only on April 21, 2014.

The authorities rejected the prayer of the writ petitioner for renewal of permit noticing that the writ petitioner had sought for renewal for two consecutive periods in the application and sought for condonation of delay. There was no explanation or cause shown for the delay in filing the application for renewal, which was filed only on April 21, 2014.

We do not find any merit in the writ appeal.

Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently, the writ appeal is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the writ appeal, I.A.No.II of 2016 does not survive for consideration and is, also, dismissed.

We make no order as to costs.
