Heard.
This appeal is directed against judgment and order dated 24.07.2010 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun in an application moved u/s 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, in suit No. 31 of 2008.
Brief facts of the case are that the appellant (wife) filed a divorce petition in the year 2007 before the trial court. She moved an application for maintenance u/s 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The husband (respondent) Vimal Sharma is said to be Lance Nayak with S.S.B. The trial court after hearing of the parties has directed Rs. 2500/ - per month to be paid by the respondent to appellant No. 1 and Rs. 2000/ - per month to the son living with appellant No. 1. Trial court has further directed Rs. 8000/ - to be paid towards litigation expenses.
Having gone through the impugned order, we do not find any illegality in the order passed by the trial Court, the appeal is dismissed summarily with the observation that trial court may proceed and decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.
