Judgment

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent-State in respect of anticipatory hail sought by the petitioner who is accused of having committed the offence u/s 409 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the petitioner is said to have misappropriated certain amount, she has already deposited Rs. 28,000/- and moreover, she has got one year old child and being an official of the Postal Department, she will not abscond and assist the police in the investigation.
Having thus heard the petitioner''s counsel and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent-State, following order is passed.
(i) Petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of her arrest in Cr. No. 68/12 of Shivalli P.S. on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties for the likesum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officer.
(ii) She shall not tamper or attempt to tamper any of the prosecution witnesses.
(iii) She shall appear before the as and when she is called upon to do so.
