Hon''ble Prafulla C. Pant, J.—Heard. By means of this petition moved u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought quashing of the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 99 of 2011, State Vs. Sanjeet Sana and others, relating to offences punishable u/s 363, 366A of I.P.C., Police Station-Rishikesh, District Dehradun, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rishikesh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner No. 5 Sanjeet Sana was in love with the daughter of the respondent No. 2 Gurdev Kukreti (complainant). It is further pleaded that the girl was major. It is further submitted that the two got married on 16.10.2011. However, there is nothing from the side of the girl to corroborate the above fact.

In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion, as to the final merits of the case, pending before the trial court, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case for interference with the trial. Accordingly, the petition u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed summarily, with the observation that if the petitioners namely Smt. Jyotshna, Ajeet Sana, Sanjay Sana, Km. Archna Sana and Sanjeet Sana, surrender before the court concerned, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of without unreasonable delay.
