I. A. No.1181 of 2021
This is an application filed by Appellant-Smt. Harjit Kaur for bail.
It is seen from the order dated 29.10.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri in C.T. No.167 of 2016 that the appellant-Harjit Kaur has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) and further to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for three months under Section 498-A of I.P.C. It is further seen that she was on bail throughout the trial period.
In that view of the matter, it is directed that during the pendency of the present appeal, the Appellant-Smt. Harjit Kaur be enlarged on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
The interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.

This is an application filed by Appellant for stay realization of fine.
Considering the averments made in the application, the fine amount shall remain stayed.
