Judgment
Hon''ble Pankaj Mithal, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that in a suit filed u/s 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the husband respondent for restitution of conjugal rights petitioner has been granted interim maintenance vide order dated 18.2.2012. The said interim maintenance is not being paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, she has filed application dated 3.12.2012 for implementation of the order of maintenance and for realization of the same.
The grievance of the petitioner is that her aforesaid application is not being decided.
Not much time has elapsed since the filing of the above application. However since the said application has to be attended, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to proceed and decide the said application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order provided there is no legal impediment. Petitioner is disposed of.
