Judgment
Prafulla C. Pant, J.—Mrs. Neetu Singh, Advocate, present for the applicant.

Heard.
Applicant- Smt. Afsaan, who is in jail in connection with Crime. No. 129 of 2011 relating to offence punishable u/s 302 I.P.C., police station Kotwali Manglaur, District Hardwar, has sought her release on bail.
Applicant is a woman. She is not named in the First Information Report. No. role has been assigned to her in the First Information Report. There are six persons named in First Information Report of the family of the deceased, but name of Smt. Afsaan does not figure with them.
In the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this Court is of the view, that applicant deserves bail.
The Bail Application is allowed. Let the applicant-Smt. Afsaan be released on bail on executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee.
