The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 30/2026 of PS Defence Colony for offence under Section 78/79/140(3)/351(3) BNS.

More significantly, when application of the accused/applicant for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrants was heard by the trial court, the accused/applicant falsely furnished his wrong address. The learned trial court in order dated 10.07.2026, while dismissing the application for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrants, observed thus:

“It is pertinent to note that even today despite directions of the Court to furnish complete address of the accused, the accused has furnished the earlier address of Dausa, Rajasthan, wherein there are already statements of relatives of the accused that he does not reside at the said address.”

4.

Even in the present petition, the accused/applicant has mentioned his residential address of Dausa, Rajasthan only.

5.
