K. Surendra Mohan, J.—The petitioner is conducting an Industry in a shed allotted at the Trivandrum District Mini Industrial Estate, Kaniyapuram, Trivandrum. According to the petitioner, he has applied for the allotment of another shed, which is pending consideration. According to the petitioner, allotment of sheds can be made only on the basis of seniority. However, the 5th respondent is alleged to be conducting an interview for the purpose of allotment of sheds, over looking the seniority of the petitioner. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 representation which is pending before the 3rd respondent. The petitioner seeks issue of a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P1, before the allotments are finalized. The learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions and submits that Ext.P1 has been received by the authority on 18.06.2012.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P1 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate before finalizing the allotment of sheds by the 5th respondent.
