Judgment
Heard the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner as well as the Respondents. Draft Issues have been filed on behalf of both the parties which are available on record of the case. In the light of the facts available on record of the case, the following Issues are settled:
ISSUES
Whether the Petitioner is entitled to the outstanding dues of Rs.18,88,002/- on the date of decree towards the subscription charges from the Respondents ?
Whether the Petitioner is entitled to interest on the above amount @ 18% p.a. from the date it became due and payable till its actual realization from the Respondents ?
To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled to ?
Four weeks time is prayed and allowed to the Petitioner for filing their Evidence Affidavits. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within four weeks thereafter. Let the matter be listed on 25th July, 2022 for directions.
