Judgment
As prayed by Ms. Sakshi Chamoli, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 in BP No. 214 of 2021, time for filing vakalatnama is extended till tomorrow
otherwise, appearance of respondent no. 2 shall be ignored. She may also file M.A for deletion if so advised by tomorrow. Petitioner may file
reply to the M.A. within three weeks.
In some of the matters (BP nos. 212, 215 and 217 of 2021) respondent no. 2 had appeared through Mr. Nasir Husain, Advocate as noted in the order
of 7.4.2021. As prayed by him, two weeks' further time is granted by way of last opportunity for filing vakalatnama and reply / M.A. for deletion.Â
Petitioner may file rejoinder / reply to the M.As. before the next date.
Let Affidavit of service be filed in respect of other non-appearing respondents within two weeks. Prayer for exparte hearing against them shall be
considered on the next date.
The petitioner has filed M.A Nos. 153, 154, 155, 160 and 166 of 2021 under section 20 of TRAI Act. Let notice be issued in these M.As. Dasti and
email in addition. Reply to M.As should be filed within four weeks.
Post the matter under the same head on 23.9.2021.
