Judgment
When the matter was called at 11:30 am today, Mr. Ram Prakash, A.R. on behalf of Mr. Nittin Bhatia mentioned that Mr. Nittin Bhatia is on legs in some other court and, thus, a prayer was made that the matter be fixed for further cross-examination at 02:30 pm today. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner conceded the prayer. Let the matter be listed at 02:30 pm today for further cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness present in the Court.
Later on at 02:30 pm, the witness Mr. V. Suresh Kumar was further cross-examined. During the course of cross-examination a prayer was made on behalf Respondent No.1 to call for a copy of the e-mails exchanged between Respondent No.1 company and Mr. Rajesh Sharma, DGM (Contents & Programming Dept.) as well as a copy of the authorization letter or its original in possession of the Petitioner company. On the prayer of both the parties, the matter is adjourned and fixed for 12th July, 2022 for further cross-examination of the witness. The Petitioner to produce witness and the documents called for on the next date fixed in the matter. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the Petitioner company as well as their learned counsels through e-mail. The cross-examination recorded today be placed on record.
