Judgment
Rajiv Sharma, J.—Since common questions of law and facts are involved in the present petitions, as such, same are taken up together for hearing and are being disposed of by a common judgment.
In sequel to the direction issued, Mr. P.C. Bodh, Adviser, Ministry of Agriculture is present in the Court. He submits that direction No. IV in judgment dated 25.5.2011 passed in CWP(T) No. 1033/2008 is being implemented in letter and spirit by releasing grant-in-aid to the University. He further undertakes that Ministry of Agriculture would keep on releasing the grant-in-aid to the University in future also.
Accordingly, in view of this fair stand of Mr. P.C. Bodh, Adviser, Ministry of Agriculture, respondent-University is directed to release pension to the petitioners within a period of two weeks. Ministry of Agriculture is also directed to keep on releasing the grant-in-aid to the respondent-University. It is made clear that the petitioners and similarly situate persons shall refund to the respondent-University the amount which they have already received towards the CPF, within a period of two weeks.
In view of above, the execution petitions are disposed of, so also pending applications, if any.
