Judgment
In pursuance of the notice issued on the last date, a notice was sent by the office to be served on the local guardian of Respondent No. 5, her father. The notice was served through the departmental official and the report with regard to the service of notice received on 26.04.2022 indicates that the local guardian of the victim is on temporary duty; he is out of station till 29.04.2022 and, therefore, the notice can be served on him only after 29.04.2022.
However, today when the matter was taken up, documents have been produced before us to show that on 25.04.2022, the notice has been served on the guardian of the victim i.e. her father.
Taking note of the aforesaid, we direct that the matter be listed on 11th May, 2022 for considering the prayer for bail. Respondents are requested to inform Respondent No.5’s guardian with regard to the date of hearing.
A copy of this order be given to the counsel representing the official respondents who may forward it to the guardian of Respondent No. 5.
