Mr.Barnik Gosh, Ld. Counsel for the OC and Mr. Vishnu, Ld. Proxy counsel for the CD present. The CP(IB)/36/9/AMR/2022 is dismissed with liberty to given to the OC to submit his claim before the IRP appointed in the CP(IB)/58/9/AMR/2020 since the same is admitted against this CD and also with liberty to revive the matter, in case, there is any settlement between the CD and the OC in CP(IB)/58/9/AMR/2020. Accordingly, CP(IB)/36/9/AMR/2022 is disposed of.
