It has been brought to our notice that Hon'ble the Supreme Court has been monitoring and passing order in all matters pertaining to Amarpali Group Companies, therefore, we are reluctant to proceed with any of the applications concerning Amarpali Group unless it is shown that there are no orders causing any restraint for passing orders. Therefore, hearing in this matter is deferred.
