This is an application filed by the Applicant to set aside the order dated 14.02.2024 admitting the Section 9 application and all orders passed by the Hon'ble Adjudicating Authority, including the appointment of the IRP, declaration of moratorium, and all subsequent orders and actions taken by the IRP till the date of passing of the proposed order and also to permit the Original petition to withdraw the main petition bearing CP(IB) 40 of 2023 against the Corporate Debtor.
Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant.
Application is allowed.
In view of the same, IA 1419 of 2024 is disposed off.
