ORDER
This is a Petition filed under section 9 by the Petitioner against M/s Darshan Developers Private Limited. However, the Corporate Debtor is already undergoing CIRP vide an admission order in CP.(IB).3106/MB-IV/2019 dated 26.07.2021 passed by this court. Since the Respondent is already under CIRP, the Petitioner may file its claim before the IRP/RP as per law. Accordingly, Petition [CP.159/2021] is dismissed as infructuous.
