By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:-

(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the identity card of Uttarakhand Andolankari by extending all the consequential benefits to the petitioner as are being given to the Uttarakhand Andolankari in the light of government order no. 214/XX(8)/21-05(Ra.A.)/2021 Dehradun dated 17th September, 2021, else the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and inquiry and the same cannot be compensated by any means.

Mr. M.S. Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State was asked to get instructions in the matter. Today, he produced in Court an order dated 25.10.2021 passed by District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar on petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2018. The same shall be kept on record.

Perusal of the said order reveals that petitioner's claim for declaring him as Rajya Andolankari was considered and rejected for certain reason indicted in the said order.

Since the said order has not been challenged in the present writ petition, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh.
