Judgment
Mukul Mudgal, J.—None appears. As this revision petition is of the year 1989 and arises out of an impugned order dated 3.6.89 passed by learned Addl. District Judge, Delhi in suit No. 660/87, it is taken up today for final disposal.
The impugned order grants maintenance pendente lite to respondent-wife @ Rs. 5,000/- per month and litigation expenses @ Rs. 5,000/- The wife is employed as staff nurse in Ganga Ram Hospital. The impugned order of the Trial Court is based on the examination of certificates of salary of the husband and on the version of respondent-wife that the petitioner-husband was earning 3,000/- dollars per month by working in United States of America as a Dialysis Technician, is correct. In this view of the matter, interim order granting Rs. 5,000/- per month based on monthly income of 3,000/- dollars per month of the husband is absolutely justified particularly when one of the certificates from the employer of the petitioner shows his salary at 21,000/- dollars per annum and warrants no interference.
Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
