Judgment
Counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 11.8.2020 the petitioner who is an employee of Municipal Corporation, Satna has been transferred to Municipal Corporation, Rewa. It is submitted that the aforesaid order is contrary to the provisions of Section 58(5) of M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 and also the judgment passed by the Full Bench in the case of Indore Nagar Nigam Karamchari Congress & Another Vs. State of M.P. and others reported in 1998(1) MPLJ 449.
Counsel for the respondents submits that subsequent to the Full Bench decision, Rules have been framed for transfer of Municipal Corporation employees and places reliance on the order passed by the Single Bench in W.P. No.7643/2018.
Let a reply be filed by the counsel for the respondents as the Rules of 2000 and copy of judgment passed in W.P. No.7643/2018 are not on record.

Till then status quo as is exists today shall be maintained by the parties in respect of posting of the petitioner.
