1.In respect of the relief claimed in this petition, a Legal Notice (Annexure “Câ€) was sent by petitioner to respondent-School and according to

petitioner’s counsel, there is no response to the said Legal Notice.

2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits respondent-School is under legal obligation to comply with the directions issued by respondentDirectorate of

Education in its order of 17th February, 2018 (Annexure “Iâ€​).Â

3.Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf of respondent-School.Â

4.In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-School to treat

petitioner’s Legal Notice (Annexure “Câ€) as a Representation and pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks from today

and to convey its fate to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.  Â

5.Respondent-School be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.
