Judgment
Manoj Kumar Garg, J
The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.263/2021 Police Station Bap, District Jodhpur for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 307, 447, 458, 395 of IPC and under Section 3/25 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The accused-petitioner is in judicial custody and the trial of the case will take sufficient long time to be concluded. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application filed by the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.
I have considered the arguments advanced before me and gone through the material available on record.
As many as eleven cases were registered against the petitioner, therefore, no case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the present bail application filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed at this stage.
