ORDER

This Petition is filed u/s 7 for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (hereinafter referred to as “CIRP”) against Varsha Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CD”).

It has been observed that CIRP has already been initiated against CD in CP(IB) 3863/MB/2019 vide our order dated 10.06.2022. In view of the same, this CP(IB) 3861/MB/2019 has become infructuous. FC is at liberty to file her claim with the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) appointed in CP(IB) 3863/MB/2019.

CP(IB) 3861 stands disposed off in the terms of the above order.
