Judgment

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the following reliefs :-
"(i) Quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) dated 20.08.2019 registered as Crime No.405/2023 at Police Station Chourai, Chhindwara.
(ii) Quashing of the final report / charge sheet dated 20.09.2019 filed against the applicant and Criminal Case No. S.C.44/2020 pending before Additional District Judge, Amarwara, Chhindwara
(iii) Termination of all criminal proceedings arising from the aforementioned FIR and charge sheet.
It is submitted by counsel for the applicant that although the prosecutrix was allegedly kidnapped during minority but now after attaining majority, she has married the applicant. Therefore, it is prayed that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. on the basis of compromise.
Without adjudicating the legal viability of the submissions made by counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application.
