Tarun Agarwala, Presiding Officer

1.

By an order of September 27, 2021 we had directed the Adjudicating Officer (‘AO’ for short) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India

(‘SEBI’ for short) to reconsider the matter with regard to imposition of penalty within 4 months.

An application has been filed by the respondent seeking further time for the AO to pass an order.

2.

Considering the facts and circumstances that has been brought on record, in the interest of justice, we allow the application and grant two months

further time to pass the order from today.

3.

The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a

certified copy of this order could be issued by the registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary on behalf

of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally signed

copy sent by fax and/or email.
