Judgment
ORDER
The existing staff of the Petitioners would continue to conduct and supervise the examination.
ii) To take care of the apprehension of the State Board, the said Board will be free to depute requisite number of their staff at the Examination Centers of the Petitioners, so that there is no apprehension that the Petitioners are involved in abetting act of copying by the students.
iii) Reasonable compensation including travel expenses (commensurate to T.A. & D.A.) may be paid by the Petitioners to the staff deputed by the State Board.
In the light of above, till 5th January 2026, impugned communication debarring the Petitioners is stayed.
List this matter on 5th January 2026 for further consideration.
