ORDER
Today, the matter is fixed for pronouncement. However, it has been pointed out that the Corporate Debtor of this case has already been admitted in CIRP on 09.02.2023 in C.P. No. 1204 of 2022 before Court No. 3. Accordingly, the Company Petition No. 1054 of 2021 is rendered infructuous
The Petitioner is granted liberty to file his claim before the IRP in the said CIRP proceedings.
