IA No.85 is filed by the IRP stating that the parties have reached settlement by executing a settlement agreement on 10.10.2019 and copy of Form FA has been received, which is annexed as Annexure-D at page 38 of the application and the fees & reimbursement of expenses has also been made on 06.11.2019 and prayed that on the ground of settlement being reached between the parties, they may be allowed to withdraw the company petition.

In view of above, the IA is allowed. Resultantly, the company petition No.CP (IB)/19/GB/2019 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
