Judgment
By way of the present petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, challenged the final selection lists of Assam Rifles Technical & Tradesmen
Recruitment Rally, 2015-16 issued on 16th December, 2016 and 12th June, 2017.
The respondents have filed counter affidavit on 03rd August, 2017.
Mr. K. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the affidavit filed by the respondents, the petitioner does not want to
pursue the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He also submits that the interim order dated 19.06.2017 may be
vacated. Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for withdrawal of the present petition, the same is taken on record.
Mr. N. Mozika, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned counsel for the parties as well as the application filed on
behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Misc Case No. 149 of 2017
The Misc Case also stands disposed of.
