Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Sirmour, District Sirmour will stand impleaded as additional 8th respondent.
The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:
a) That writ of certiorari may kindly be issued against the respondents to declare the selection list dated 5-3-2012 and appointment letter issued to the respondent No. 7 against the post of water carrier, in Government High School, Mehndo-Bag, Tehsil Pachhad, District Sirmour as arbitrary, unreasonable, unfair, discriminatory and may be quashed and set aside the same.
We do not think that at this stage the Court should look into the issue, it will be in the interest of the parties concerned to have the matter enquired properly by the Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Sirmour. In the event of the petitioner approaching the Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Sirmour within a month from today, the matter will be looked into by the Deputy Director, Elementary Education, Sirmour with notice to the petitioner, 5th, 6th and 7th respondents and after conducting proper enquiry, appropriate orders will be passed in the matter in accordance with law within another three months.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
