PER SUDHIR KUMAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:
This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of the National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “NFAC”] vide order dated 25.03.2025 arising out of the order pertaining to A.Y. 2016-17.

Ld. AR has moved an application to withdraw the appeal. In the application the assessee stated that he does not want to press the appeal and appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. Heard the both parties. Ld. D R has no objection on the application of the assessee. The application filed by the assessee is allowed and appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. .
