Mr. S.A. Sheikh, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners on instructions prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if so advised or to take any other steps, if necessary.
Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed and disposed of on withdrawal, however, with liberty as prayed.
