On the observations of the Court, Mr. B.P. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant Transfer application at this stage, and be given liberty to put in an appropriate application before the Trial Court for dispensation of personal appearance of the petitioner, and/or the trial be conducted via video conferencing.

The prayer is allowed, accordingly the matter stands closed and disposed of on withdrawal, however the petitioner is also given liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
