As prayed for, application is allowed.
CWP No.19032 of 2020 Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of letter dated 24.07.2019 (Annexure P/2), which, according to the petitioner, has been issued beyond jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the standing orders, which are being made applicable upon the petitioner, cannot be made applicable and vide representation dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P/3) the said opinion has already been conveyed by the petitioner to the respondents for their consideration and the said representation is still pending consideration with the authorities and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case, a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.1 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner be also given right to file a supplementary representation within a period of two weeks from today.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. A.G. Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection in deciding the representation dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P/3) alongwith any supplementary representation, which the petitioner intends to submit in a time bound manner.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, respondents are directed to decide representation dated 03.09.2020 (Annexure P/3) alongwith any supplementary representation, which the petitioner intends to submit as stated hereinbefore, by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
