Judgment
Jyoti Singh, J
Pursuant to the Court notice issued by this Court on the last date of hearing, counsels have appeared on behalf of the parties. They jointly submit that a substitute Arbitrator be appointed by this Court.
With the consent of the parties, Hon'ble Mr. Justice H.R. Malhotra, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
Mandate of Mr.Justice Rajender Menon is terminated as Justice Menon has withdrawn from the proceedings on account of his current appointment as Chairman, Armed Forces Tribunal.
