Heard the Learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, perused the record of the case and following issues are settled:

      It was submitted on behalf of the parties that they need four weeks time for filing their evidence affidavits. The Petitioner is granted
four weeks time for filing evidence affidavit from now and the Respondent may file his evidence affidavit within four weeks of receipt of the evidence
affidavit of the Petitioner. Put up the matter on 20th September, 2021 for directions.
