Judgment
Prayer in this petition is for quashing of complaint No.25408 of 2013 dated 26.11.2013 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
(Annexure P1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
Vide order dated 26.03.2018, while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of 10 days
and the trial Court was also directed to release the petitioners on interim bail.
Thereafter, on 27.04.2018, on a request made by counsel for the petitioners, the time for appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court was
extended till 30.04.2018.
Again, on 02.05.2018, on a request made by counsel for the petitioners, the time for appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court was extended
till 10.05.2018.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners despite the case being called out thrice. Even, no order has been placed on record yet to show
that the petitioners have complied with the aforesaid directions.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
