O R D E R

Counsel for the Operational Creditor present. Mr. Kunal P. Vaishnav, Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

The Counsel for the Corporate Debtor submits that the claim of the Petitioner is below the threshold limit as the Petition is filed after the Notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, hence, Petition is not maintainable.

In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as not maintainable on the ground that the claim amount is below threshold limit. However, liberty is given to the Operational Creditor to file a fresh Petition after the result of the Apex Court or in any other appropriate Forum.
