Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned AGA is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3-State.

This petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari and also writ of mandamus. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner gives up prayer-A. He specifically contends that the prayer-B is to be considered and restricts his relief to prayer B. Accordingly, he contends that the application/Form No.57 dated 21.09.2016 is filed by the petitioner for regularization of cultivation of the land bearing Sy.No.36 situated at Kanakapur village, Taluka and District-Koppal, hence the same may be considered in a time bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents-State, I pass the following:

ORDER

(i) Petition is allowed directing respondents to consider the application/Form No.57 of the petitioner afresh.

(ii) Petitioner is permitted to file Form No.57 within a week's time from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pursuant thereto, on receipt of the application of petitioner, respondents shall consider the same within an outer limit of eight weeks from the date of receipt of application.
