Judgment
A. K. Yog, J.—The present petition contains several corrections by hand. These insertions are in different ink and different hand writing. Some of these cuttings and insertions purports to have been initialed by the Oath Commissioner and some of the cuttings are not initialed (see page 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 of the writ paper book). Even the typed copies of the annexures have not been filed besides there annexures are not being accompanied or bear title of the case as required under Rules of the Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for filing a fresh petition duly sworn by Oath Commissioner Prayer allowed. Petitioner shall indicate factum of filing of present petition in the proposal fresh petition to be filed in accordance with law and the Rules of the Court. Petitioner shall also indicate that the case was tied up with this bench on nomination being made by the Hon''ble the Chief Justice.
This petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition on same facts and same cause of action within two weeks from today.
Registry is directed to send copy of this judgment to all the Respondents by Registered post acknowledgment due for information within one week from today.
Petitioner may apply for taking back certified copy of the impugned order (Annexed page 38 of the writ paper book), Petitioner shall submit duly verified copy of the said certified copy for being substituted in place of the original certified copy. Petition dismissed.
