The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing of order dated 02.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) and subsequent relieving order dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-6), whereby he has been ordered to be transferred from Govt. High School Nangal, District Rupnagar to Govt. Senior Secondary School, Dangrali (Rupnagar), allegedly on receipt of request dated 11.02.2025 from the Management Committee, without giving any personal hearing to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined his duties on the transferred post and, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
