Judgment
The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under sections 376(1), 306 & 323 of the I.P.C. by the impugned judgment dated 31.01.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 197 of 2016 by the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-X cum FTC, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs.25,000/- and a default sentence u/s 376(1) I.P.C; R.I. for 10 years with a fine of Rs.25,000/- and a default sentence u/s 306 I.P.C. and R.I. for 1 year u/s 323 I.P.C. by the impugned order of sentence dated 05.02.2020. All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.
