It is in this factual back drop that the learned departmental representative vehemently supports the impugned tw in additions on the ground that it had failed to file all the relevant details thereof in scrutiny assessment as well as in the lower appellate d iscussion. The assessee on the other hand has invited the tribunal’s attention to page 6 wherein it had duly placed on record the PAN details, addresses as well as ledger account co nfirming of all the three parties. It is made clear that there is no o ther objection raised against the assessee except the aforesaid in both the lower proceedings. It is hereby in this factual backdrop that the impugned twin additions made in the assessee’s hands is no t sustainable in foregoing terms. Deleted according ly.
