1.

Exemption applications (CLMA No.7703 of 2020 and CLMA No.7709 of 2020) are allowed for the present.

2.

These two writ petitions have been filed by the wife and husband respectively.

3.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for both the petitioners submits that he does not intend to press these writ petitions except for the prayer to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 10.09.2020 jointly given by the husband and the wife. The representation has been furnished to the second respondent. If the representation is considered favourably, it would suffice the cause of the petitioners. The learned deputy advocate general for the State has no objection to consider the same.

4.

In view of the same, these petitions are disposed off. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider the joint representation of the petitioners vide annexure-2 dated 10.09.2020 in both the writ petitions within a period of two weeks from today. Till the representation is considered, the transfer orders shall remain stayed.

5.

Pending application, if any, stand disposed off accordingly.
