This petition, filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, read with Section 151 CPC, prays for transfer of petition, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No. HMA/626/2020, titled as 'Nitesh Chaudhary v. Smt. Shelly Vohra', from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra, to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Sessions Division, Karnal.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
